DM Construction, LLC is a Lubbock, Texas–based commercial general contractor owned and operated by Chuck Delano and Morgan MacKenzie. Established in 2009, the company is led by two principal owners with more than 50 years of combined experience in and around the Lubbock area. Prior to founding DM Construction, both served in executive-level management roles with another large local general contractor.
